At ThreadsMuse, every item is made to order — printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.


WHAT WE COVER

We offer a free reprint or full refund if your order has any of the following issues:

- The item arrives damaged (torn, stained, or structurally defective)
- There is a printing defect (faded print, misaligned graphic, incorrect colors)
- You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong style, or wrong color)
- Your package was lost in transit and never delivered

These issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.


HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

1. Email us at business@threadsmuse.com with the subject line: "Order Issue – [Your Order Number]"
2. Include clear photos of the item showing the defect or issue
3. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days
4. If approved, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice

Note: Claims submitted without photos may not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a claim.


WHAT WE DO NOT COVER

The following are not eligible for a refund or reprint:

- Incorrect size selected at checkout — Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We do not cover size exchanges.
- Slight color variations — Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings. This is not considered a defect.
- Change of mind — Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for personal preference.
- Sale items and gift cards — All sales on discounted items are final.


SIZE ISSUES

We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once your claim is approved:

- Reprint orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–7 additional business days, depending on your bank


EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at business@threadsmuse.com. The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
