The Story Behind the Stitch
ThreadsMuse began when founder Tina Mei went looking for a shirt that truly reflected her love of textile crafts - and couldn’t find one that felt quite right. Her love of creating with fabric and thread has always been part of her life. She understood that makers wanted more than generic craft apparel. They wanted designs that reflected their creativity, humor, and connection to the stitching community. So she decided to create them herself. What started in a craft room surrounded by fabric, thread, and new ideas grew into ThreadsMuse - a brand for people who turn stitches into stories.
Our Mission
We make shirts for the sewist who hoards fabric "just in case," loses all track of time at the machine, and would rather spend a Saturday at a quilt show than anywhere else.
If that's you — welcome home.
Made to Order, Made to Last
Every ThreadsMuse tee is printed after you order it — a low-waste, made-to-order approach with no mass production and no boxes of unsold shirts headed for landfill. And we print on Bella+Canvas blanks, made by a manufacturer whose dye house uses bluesign®-approved dyes (no hazardous chemicals, with wastewater treated and reclaimed) and whose facilities run partly on solar power.
Crafting Quality with Heart and Integrity
-
Our Commitment to Quality
Soft enough for your longest sewing day. Printed in the USA. Built to last as long as your UFO pile.
-
Celebrate Your Craft
Every design starts with a sewist's inside joke, a quilter's obsession, or a pattern that only we would recognize. No generic graphics — ever.
-
Community Connection
Over 15,000 Fabric Artists are already wearing ThreadsMuse to guild meetings, craft fairs, and yes — straight to the sewing machine.
